To transport wide loads or oversize loads on City streets, a wide/oversized load permit is required. There are two types of wide/oversized permits to apply for, a Single use (two-day max) wide-load permit or an Annual Transportation (wide-load) Permit. Now, you can apply and pay for either permit through ACCELA. Create an account with ACCELA, find the appropriate form, and fill in the information to apply. To access ACCELA, click here. 

An authorized agency signature must be included in the application. Allow at least two working days for us to process your request for a wide or oversize load permit. Failure to provide complete information may delay issuance of the requested permit.
