The City of Pittsburg is seeking residents interested in volunteering to serve on various commissions/committee.

• Community Advisory Commission - 1 opening

  • Serves a 4 year term

• Measure M Committee - 1 opening

  • Applicant must be a member of the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce

  • Must be a registered voter

  • Serves a 2 year term

• Public Financing Authority of the Pittsburg Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District - 1 opening

  • Serves a 4 year term

• Youth Advisory Commission - 6 openings

  • Applicant must be in high school or college between 13 to 20 years old

  • Serves a 2 year term

Applications will be accepted until the vacancies are filled. All applications will be kept on file for 2 years from the date of receipt and may be considered for future appointment opportunities. If you are no longer interested in serving, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at cityclerk@pittsburgca.gov to request withdrawal of your application.

Applicants will be contacted to schedule interviews.
